Strategic Plan

In the Strategic Planning - Survey Launch & Core Stakeholder Team Development Report presented to the Board of Education on September 25, 2024, district officials shared that July 5, 2025 will mark the 20 year anniversary of the District Motto - Children at their Best! - and the last time the district utilized an outside agency to facilitate a strategic planning process. Use this link to review the details of that report which provided an update for the Strategic Planning process approved by the Board at the June 18, 2024 board meeting.

After a community-wide effort over the course of several months and the involvement of a Community Stakeholder Team made up of over fifty parents, community members, and staff, the Board reviewed the Strategic Plan Recommendation Report as part of the regularly scheduled board meeting held on February 19, 2025 and posted the document for a round of public review and feedback before adopting the Strategic Plan by Resolution at the March 19, 2025 board meeting. Subsequently, the Board acknowledged the work of the Community Stakeholder Team, by Resolution at their April 30, 2025 board meeting.
