The Gower District 62 Board of Education has established the following schedule of regular monthly meeting dates for the current school year.

All meetings are scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. at Gower District 62, Gower Middle School, 7941 S. Madison Street, Burr Ridge, IL 60527  Any changes in the schedule will be posted as required.

Public Comment at Board of Education Meetings

Members of the District 62 community are invited to participate in regular and special open meetings. As outlined in Board of Education Policy 2:230 Public Participation at Board of Education Meetings and Petitions to the Board, community members may address the Board in person during Public Comment of any public meeting. A Sign up Sheet is available for Public Comment about 30 minutes prior to the meeting start time. For Public Comments, the Board of Education President will invite speakers to come forward at the appropriate time.

Petitions or written correspondence to the Board shall be presented to the Board of Education at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.

Community members participating in Board meetings should conduct themselves with respect and civility toward others and otherwise abide by Board Policy 8:30 Visitors to and Conduct on School Property.
